Golf has its codes and traditions. On the Côte d'Azur, certain etiquette rules are particularly important.
Dress Code
Riviera clubs are often strict:
- Required: Collared polo, classic trousers or bermudas
- Prohibited: Jeans, t-shirts, sports shorts, flip-flops
- Shoes: Golf shoes with soft spikes mandatory
On the Course
- Always repair your ball marks on greens
- Rake bunkers after your shot
- Replace divots or use sand mix
- Never walk on another player's putting line
Pace of Play
Ideal time is 4h to 4h15 for 18 holes. If slow, let faster groups play through.
